Two Arizona teens, 18, are arrested for selling fentanyl-laced pills to girl, 14, who died after taking 'THC rope candies and blue oval pills' which they advertised on Facebook

Two 18-year-old men have been arrested in Arizona for selling fentanyl-laced pills to a 14-year-old girl who died after taking the drugs which they had advertised on Facebook.

Chris Munsey and Aaron Lundsford Schmit were both arrested in Prescott, Arizona, after the girl's death on October 20.

She has not been named but police say she died a day after the pair advertised THC candy ropes and blue oval pills on Facebook and that they are 'likely responsible' for providing them.

Chris Munsey and Aaron Lundsford Schmit were arrested in Prescott, Arizona, and charged on drug offenses after the girl's death on October 20. She has not been named

The girl was found dead in a home in Prescott after police were called there on a report she had overdosed. 

Police questioned some of the kids in the house where she was found and discovered a juvenile drug ring which Schmit was involved in. 

They arrested him first then days later, arrested Munsey during a traffic stop.

When they arrested him, he was driving a gold Mercedes had $250 in cash from drug sales on him, THC rope candy and marijuana. 

They also found a marijuana pipe and some 'bindle bags' that the teenagers were allegedly using to put the drugs together into packages.  

Another 14-year-old girl was also taken into custody. She has not been named because she is underage. 

Police also uncovered an apartment which Schmit was connected to where they said drug paraphernalia was within reach of three children, aged 11, five and four.
