Katie Price will demand talks with social media platforms as she steps up her bid to get 'Harvey's Law' introduced.

The 42-year-old wants to talk with Twitter and Facebook after her disabled son, 18, was targeted by internet trolls.

She was left upset after a clip of a man in make-up pretending to be her disabled son appeared on Twitter, reports The Sun.

Details of her plan come after it was reported police had arrested a man in connection with the video.

Last year the House of Commons Petitions Committee ruled current laws are not fit for purpose when it came to online trolls.

It added the Government and social media firms must directly consult with disabled people on digital strategy and hate crime law.

It also said that social media firms need to accept responsibility for allowing 'toxic environments to exist unchallenged'.

A man was arrested on November 5 after the racist blackface video which mocked Katie Price's disabled son Harvey was circulated on social media.

Officers arrested the man, 52, from Hastings, at around 4.40am on suspicion of sending by public communication network an 'offensive' message. He remains in custody.

The arrest comes after a cruel clip showing a man and woman appearing to parody Price and her son appeared on social media.

In the video, a woman in fake tan says: 'If someone says something horrible to Harvey, what do we say?' before a man in face paint responds: 'Hello, you c**t'.

The mother-of-five, whose eldest child has multiple disabilities including blindness, Prader-Willi syndrome and ADHD, said 'words cannot describe how upset I am' as she revealed she had reported the post to police.

The reality star addressed the pair saying she will hunt them down and won't rest until they are found.

She said: 'The person who's been arrested is the person who shared the video. I'll do my statement about this tomorrow to the police.

'It's the people in the video that we're looking for. Somebody must know them. Their faces are so visible - somebody must know them.

'Please let us know. The police are looking for them and they will be found and they will be prosecuted.

'If you are watching this video and you are the people in the video, you might as well hand yourself in - because we won't stop until you're found.'

The I'm A Celeb star also appeared before a parliamentary committee two years ago in an attempt to help combat trolls.

Price's petition to criminalise trolling received over 220,000 signatures, and led to a parliamentary inquiry into online abuse.

The Petitions Committee recommended legal protections for disabled people suffering from hate crime in its findings published in January last year.
