Kate Hudson proves she is fitter than ever doing high-kicks in a crop top and leggings ... and reveals how she gets her kids to 'eat healthy'

Kate Hudson is thrilled it is Friday.

The 41-year-old star demonstrated her 'Friday energy' by doing some impressive high kicks on social media in a workout ensemble by her own Fabletics brand. 

And, as a lover of health and fitness, Kate is opening up about how she keeps it healthy at home during mealtime with her three kids in a new interview with People.

Hudson showed off some high kicks in her Instagram Story to quite literally kick off the weekend.

The mogul rocked some black and white splatter printed high-waisted leggings and a black crop top from Fabletics.

Her blonde hair was tugged up into a high ponytail spouting off the top of her head an she flashed an excited look while playing with her sunglasses for the camera.

The mother of three is all about wellness and recently launched her newest business venture, In Bloom, which makes nutritional powders.

'How do I get them to eat healthy? I cook what they're eating,' Hudson said.

Kate is mom to baby Rani Rose, 22 months, and two older sons Bingham, nine, and Ryder, 16.

'I'm a bit old school like that,' she explained. 'If Bing really has a fit and can't do it, then I'll maybe cook him something separately, but they get what they get.'

She noted that her middle child is the pickiest one but sometimes surprises her with what he will consume.

'He'll be like, "Oh, I love anchovies." And you're like, "What? What do you mean? Like you can't eat cheese on a hamburger?"' she mused about Bing. 'He's my most challenging with food.' 

With large age gaps between them, Kate says that her trio are 'completely different eaters' but there are too many to tailor meals to each one.

The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days star is furthering her fitness empire into the wellness space with the launch of her new nutritional powders.
