More bizarre revelations about Simon Cowell have been exposed ahead of his book release - this time on his efforts to try and stay young.
The X Factor mogul is said to demand six-monthly Botox injections, regular colonic irrigation, intravenous vitamin injections and will only use black toilet paper.
The 52-year-old eats fresh fruit sent to him by air freight and drinks two smoothies a day made from exotic plants, reported The Sun.

The revelations have been made in a new book, Sweet Revenge: The Intimate Life of Simon Cowell, by Tom Bower, which is to be published on Friday.

The wrinkle-smoothing jabs are administered by French doctor Jean-Louis Sebagh in London.
When he is at his home in the U.S., Cowell apparently is hooked up to an intravenous drip in his bedroom for half an hour every Saturday afternoon.
The Sun said it pumps B vitamins and pure vitamin C into his bloodstream.
But Cowell will also take 'a saucer full of tablets' each day and doesn't travel without two suitcases full of eye drops, face creams, bath salts and lotions.
But it's not just his appearance he takes pride in - Cowell splashes money on the finer things in life.
He apparently insists on black toilet paper in the bathroom of his U.S. homes.
He reportedly spends £3,000 a week on fresh flowers and recently spent £8million renovating his £20million Beverly Hills mansion on North Palm Drive.
Cowell also owns a £7million home in Trousdale Place which is being rebuilt in Balinese style to be used as an office.
