Sienna Miller celebrates BAFTA nod with a romantic brunch with fiance Tom Sturridge

She's just been nominated for a Best Actress BAFTA Television Award for her performance in The Girl.

So no wonder the actress was in the mood to celebrate as she headed out for a romantic brunch with fiance Tom Sturridge.

With their nine-month-old daughter Marlowe presumably in the care of a nanny, the engaged couple visited a cafe near their New York base.

Sienna, 31, looked like she was embracing spring in a patterned Missoni dress and Isabel Marant ankle boots.

However, her husband-to-be, 27, hadn't make as much effort in his ripped shirt, jeans and beanie hat.

Their brunch outing came after Sienna was nominated for Leading Actress for her role as Tippi Hedren in a BBC TV film about Alfred Hitchcock's 'obsession' with his The Birds leading lady.

Sienna will go up against Sheridan Smith (Mrs Biggs), Anne Reid (Last Tango In Halifax) and Rebecca Hall (Parade's End) at the star-studded ceremony in London next month.

The Alfie star has been spending the past few weeks in New York, where she is apparently living in Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan Tatum's apartment.

As part of a 'house swap' with the American actor, he and his pregnant wife Jenna are living in Sienna's Cotswolds home while he films Jupiter Ascending.

Sienna has currently put her career on hold while she enjoys motherhood to Marlowe.

Although in an interview in November, Sienna admitted that althought she didn't have a nanny at the time, she was planning to hire one in the near future.

She told Harper's Bazaar: 'It’s just been the three of us, which was amazing, and exhausting. We are going to get a nanny, but it felt important to first learn for myself who I was as a parent.'

The blonde and Tom started dating just over two years ago, a few week after her second split from ex-fiancé Jude Law
