Texas execution wow shout went viral online today as the news broke about the inmate who executed in Texas had shouted the Word 'wow' at the time of execution... literally. A Texas inmate had some very interesting final words and upon receiving his lethal injection, things got even more strange. On April 26, NBC News reported that convicted murderer, Richard Cobb, 29, had a different reaction when the drug was administered -- and it upset a lot of people (which is probably why he said it).
Cobb started off with what were supposed to be his last words: "Life is death, death is life. I hope that someday this absurdity that humanity has come to will come to an end. Life is too short. I hope anyone that has negative energy towards me will resolve that. Life is too short to harbor feelings of hatred and anger. That's it, warden."
The Texas execution "wow" came after Cobb was injected. The witnesses looked on, expecting Cobb to stay quiet until he died but that's not what happened at all. In a very creepy, almost disturbing way, Cobb spoke one last time.
"Wow! That is great. That is awesome! Thank you, warden! Thank you (expletive) warden!" Cobb said, picking his head up and turning toward the warden. He awkwardly laid back down and was pronounced dead 16 minutes after getting the shot. Some witnesses weren't thrilled with the way things went down... "All he did was go to sleep. That's it," said a victim's father.
The Texas execution "wow" wasn't expected which is likely why the story is going viral today.
