An investigation has uncovered that Tara Driscoll, a former teacher at Campus Magnet Educational Complex in Queens (right) who received probation for sex with a minor in June of last year, engaged in sexual activity with at least two other students
According to the report in October of 2011 after a series of text messages with one boy, Driscoll called him into her campus office.
The boy told investigators that she 'performed oral sex' and then the two had intercourse. She allegedly used a chair against her door to insure it remained closed.

A similar incident occured in the same office in December of 2010 from another boy.

In March of 2011 before she was charged, a girlfriend of a third boy found graphic text messages from Driscoll on his phone.

After she and several other girls confronted her, Driscoll reportedly broke down, telling them, 'I did not mean to, I am lonely and f***ed up.' She also allegedly said her mother was 'dying' of cancer.

According to the girls she even offered $300 as 'hush money' for them to go away.

They did not tell any authorities because Driscoll vowed any incidents with students would not happen again.

Because her Bay Shore home was close to a school, Driscoll was forced to move due to her status as a registered sex offender
Driscoll confessed to having sex with a minor on March 19, 2011 and pleaded guilty three months later.

Instead of being charged with rape, Driscoll struck a plea deal with Nassau County to misdemeanor sex-misconduct where she was put on probation for six years in June of last year.

Her teacher's license was revoked and she was forced to register as a Level 1 sex offender.

Because of her sex offender status, Driscoll had to move away from her home in Bay Shore because of its proximity to a school.

The initial probation report showed that Driscoll had 'a severe problem with alcohol.'

Prior to being arrested Driscoll had been working at the magnate high school since 2006.

Condon has referred this new investigation to the District Attorney's Office in Queens.
