Her acting career is really heating up! Selena Gomez heads

She just starred in the new indie film Spring Breakers.
And it seems that the controversial role has lead Selena Gomez to even more meaty movie opportunities.
The actress met with her new director William H. Macy in the Sherman Oaks area of Los Angeles on Monday.

The meeting came as the pair prepare to work together on his forthcoming film, Rudderless.
No doubt the dynamic duo will have done quite a bit of talking shop, discussing their project during their brief liaison.
It was recently announced that Selena will be starring in the 63-year-old actor’s second spell behind the camera, with Anton Yelchin, Laurence Fishburne, and Billy Crudup also set to appear.

The film, his second directorial feature after 1988 TV film Lip Service, relates the tale of 'a grieving father who forms a band after finding his deceased son’s songs.'
Wizards of Waverly Place favourite Selena, 20, has certainly been trying to move on from her Disney kids routes.
Indeed her most recent film Spring Breakers was her raciest role yet, in which she played a college student who attends wild beach parties, behaves recklessly and uses drugs and alcohol.

Selena recently boasted of her ease with being a celebrity, saying: 'Luckily, I've been able to experience it all before. I grew up in one of the biggest high schools in the world - the Disney channel.
'I grew up with the Jonas brothers and Miley [Cyrus]. I got to experience all that at such a young age, unfortunately - or fortunately - that now it just doesn't faze me.'
