The "Price is Right" lawsuit victory by former model Brandi Cochran was stripped from her. According to Today.com on March 13, Cochran was awarded nearly $8.5 million by a jury in a lawsuit against the game show, and the judge took it away.

A former model on "The Price Is Right" game show filed a lawsuit Wednesday alleging wrongful termination and sexual harassment by producers who continually humiliated and berated her,
The lawsuit was based on accusations by the 41-year-old model that she was wrongfully terminated after seven years on the show because she left for maternity leave. The victory was for $7.7 million in punitive damages and $777,000 in compensatory damages.

However, the defense appealed their "Price is Right" lawsuit loss and Judge Kevin Brazile said that a state Supreme Court ruling affirmed the defense's argument that he should have instructed the jury to determine whether pregnancy discrimination was a "motivating factor" in Cochran's dismissal.

The judge then said that the jury might have come to a different conclusion if he had instructed them to do so. As a result, the victory will no longer stand and the two sides will return to court on March 22 to continue the case.

The defense attorneys in the "Price is Right" lawsuit said they believe the jury will not find in favor of the game show, but Cochran's attorney has different thoughts, believing his client can now win even more money than the original $8.5 million.
