A number of US celebrities, including Beyoncé Knowles, Jay-Z and Britney Spears have had their finances hacked online.

According to the BBC, personal account details of a number of well-known American figures have been posted online onto a Russian website.

Other stars whose information has been hacked are Mel Gibson, Ashton Kutcher, Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian and Hulk Hogan.

However the targeted list also includes well-known American politicians, US Vice-President Joe Biden and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

In addition FBI and Los Angeles police chiefs also fell victim to the crime and Police Commander Andrew Smith described the site and cyrber attack as "creepy".

He said: "People get mad at us, go on the Internet and try to find information about us, and post it all on one site.

Britain's most famous aristocratic supermodel Stella Tennant has died at the age of 50, just months after splitting from her husband. A 15-year-old boy has been charged after allegedly penetrating two 12-year-olds and possessing child pornography of the preteen girls.  The boy appeared before Kalgoorlie Children's Court on Thursday after allegedly filming a sex act in the town of Goldfields in Kalgoorie, Western Australia, in October last year.
