Bare bones opportunity! Four-bedroom home which has been completely gutted by fire goes on sale for $850,000 - with listing saying ‘potential is limited only by imagination'
A ruined California home that was engulfed by two fires and had part of its roof collapsed is now on sale for $850,000.
Although the fires left the Walnut Creek home gutted, the Zillow listing for the property calls the home a 'bare bones opportunity' to renovate, rebuilt or restore.
'This is more than a fixer, and the potential is limited only by imagination,' the listing says. 'Opportunities like this are rare.'
The listing tells potential buyers to 'Bring your contractor, architect, and designer' to viewings.

Rick Smith, of the Santa Clara County Realtors Association, told KTVU that one of the main selling points for the Bay Area homes are their proximity to Silicon Valley and its high-tech employment.
Silicon Valley, located in the San Francisco Bay Area, is home to Apple, Google, Facebook, Visa, Wells Fargo and Chevron.
The Bay Area is among the most expensive places in the world to not only live, but also to build in.
