Terrifying moment knifeman runs through packed park before attacking victim in broad daylight leaving him in hospital

A man carrying a knife was filmed running through a crowd of people at a packed park in London while people attended a funfair on Friday night.

A clip from the scene showed onlookers screaming as the knife-wielding man made his way through the crowd in Oakfield Park, Barnet, while people watched in horror. 

According to The Sun, police were called to reports of a fight between a group of men at around 8.30pm and upon arrival found one teenager with stab wounds.

He is said to have been taken to hospital but his condition is not known. 

In the frantic clips, people can be heard screaming and shouting 'run away, run away' as the hooded man made his way across the field. 

Soon several other people then appear to follow him across the field. 

Another video, which appears to have been filmed in an arcade, showed an enormous brawl which had broken out close by.

According to reports, no arrests have been made. 

The Metropolitan Police has been approached by MailOnline for comment.
