How to find out where you can go without breaking lockdown laws: Easy-to-use way to make sure you don't break the 10km limit
In a first since the Covid pandemic began in early 2020, health officials have ordered NSW residents to stay within a certain radius of their homes.
From 5pm Friday locked down residents in Greater Sydney and surrounding regions have been told they cannot travel further than 10km from their house.
The tightened restrictions were announced as the city struggles to control an outbreak of the contagious Delta strain - with premier Gladys Berejiklian announcing 50 new cases on Saturday.

For those who don't know exactly where the 10km boundary from their house extends there is an easy way to check.
The website KM From Home allows users to enter their address and see a red circle on a map appears indicating exactly where they can travel to.
After Ireland introduced similar measures last year, the website was established and has now been tweaked for use anywhere.
To use the service simply allow the website to access your location - a popup will appear - or you can type your address or even drag a pin to the correct point on the map.

Residents in Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains, Woollongong, Central Coast, and Shellharbour are in the midst of an already extended three week lockdown - with the premier hinting another extension was not off the table.
From 5pm on Friday exercising outdoors must be limited to groups of two - down from the 10 previously allowed - and people must stay within 10km of their homes when exercising.
Additionally, car pooling with members of other households is no longer allowed and only one person from a household per day should go to the shops for essential items.

THE UPDATED RESTRICTIONS IN GREATER SYDNEY, BLUE MOUNTAINS, CENTRAL COAST, WOLLONGONG AND SHELLHARBOUR:
- Outdoor public gatherings limited to two people (excluding members of the same household)
- People must exercise within 10km of their home
- No carpooling with members of other households
- Browsing at shops is prohibited, and only one person per household per day may leave the home for shopping
- Funerals limited to 10 people from July 11.
THE FOUR REASONS TO LEAVE HOME UNDER LOCKDOWN:
- Shopping for food or other essential goods and services (one person per household per day)
- Medical care or compassionate needs (only one visitor can enter another residence in circumstances of compassionate needs)
- Exercise with no more than one other person (unless members of the same household)
- Essential work or education where you cannot work or study from home.
