Dalia Garay, 35, was watching a soccer game with her 29-year-old boyfriend, when her ex-husband opened fire at the couple around 10am Sunday in the parking lot of the Matias Almeyda Training Center facility in North Houston.
This is the pregnant mother-of-four said to have been shot dead by her ex-husband after he spotted her with her new boyfriend at their young son's soccer game.
Dalia Garay, 35, was watching the game with her 29-year-old boyfriend, when her ex-husband Lucio Estrada Molina opened fire at the couple around 10am Sunday in the parking lot of the Matias Almeyda Training Center facility in North Houston.
Garay's boyfriend, who died at the scene, has not yet been identified, with Molina driving home and taking his own life shortly after the double-murder. Garay's uncle Carlos Garay told KRTK his niece and her alleged killer had four children together, with their son who was playing soccer witnessing the killings.
Carlos added that he was unsure if Garay's boyfriend was the father of her unborn baby, who was also killed in the bloodbath.
The grieving relative spoke after footage obtained by by KPRC-2 showed the moment Sunday's soccer tournament in Houston was halted gunshots echoed out.
Chilling footage showed young players rush to escape the field, with several seen vaulting over a fence in a desperate bid to escape the shooting.
Horrified eyewitness Angel Guerro recalled: 'I was on the bench. I was watching the game. I heard the first gunshot. I looked around to see what was happening.
'I thought it was like a car crashing or a wheel exploding or something like that. That’s when I saw the guy pick up the gun and started.'
Molina then opened fire on Garay and her boyfriend with his silver revolver, fatally-injuring both.
When deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office arrived on scene, they discovered the man dead and Garay mortally-wounded.
Garay was fatally-wounded at the scene, and rushed to hospital where she later died. Her boyfriend, who has not been named, was pronounced dead at the scene

Her two other children were also nearby, but police say they were unharmed.
Authorities immediately rushed the woman to the hospital, where Garay and her unborn child were pronounced dead, Sgt Ben Beall told The Houston Chronicle.
Molina reportedly shot Garay before fleeing the scene, according to a statement tweeted by Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.

Molina allegedly shot Garay and her partner before fleeing the scene, according to a statement tweeted out by Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.
Molina was later found shot dead at this home in Houston. He is believed to have taken his own life after allegedly murdering his ex-wife and her partner
About two hours later, deputies later discovered Molina at a Greater Inwood residence, dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, Sgt Beall told the Houston Chronicle.
According to authorities, Molina allegedly texted relatives of his plans to kill himself.
Dalia's uncle also told KTRK-TV reporters his family is uncertain of how long his niece has been dating her new boyfriend.
Investigators said more than 100 people were at the facility at the time of the shooting, including dozens of teenagers.
