Elyse Knowles and her fiancé Josh Barker welcomed their first child together, a baby boy named Sunny, back in February.

And on Monday, the 28-year-old model looked every inch the doting mother as she enjoyed a relaxing stroll with her infant son in Byron Bay.

The former Block star dressed for comfort in grey leggings and a white singlet as she pushed Sunny in a pram.

Her blonde tresses were styled in braids for a photo shoot with retail giant Myer.

Elyse showed off her impressively lean body in a workout video that highlighted her strength as she pulled herself up on metal bars with her ankles resting in straps.

She's also been mixing up her routine with boxing exercises.
