Darren said Ricky was the first person that got him gigs.
'Before I knew it I was playing my first show in Los Angeles at The Troubadour, which is like the holy grail of venues for a singer/songwriter,' Darren said.
Darren said it was all because of Ricky and that having that other person who believes in you. He said that Ricky has devoted so much of his time to help him make his dreams come true.
'I lucked out,' said Darren, who wanted to help craft an amazing office for Ricky. 'He's never really had the space.'
