EastEnders SPOILER: Nancy Carter wakes up after horror car crash but her half-sister Frankie is wracked with guilt over the incident
Nancy Carter is set to wake up following her horror car crash in images from the episode set to air on Thursday.
And while Mick and Linda are delighted to see Nancy (played by Maddy Hill) is on the road to recovery after the accident, her half-sister Frankie (Rose Ayling-Ellis) is not.
Frankie ran over Nancy when she was distracted during a driving lesson, and now is struggling with her guilt over the incident.

Frankie hit Nancy after she was distracted by a drunken Zack Hudson (James Farrar), who later lied to the police about what happened and how it led to Nancy getting injured.
And in the new images released by the BBC, Frankie could be seen looking tense as Nancy finally woke up with her loved ones around her.
The pair exchanged looks, and it was clear that Nancy's half-sister is overwhelmed by her feelings of guilt surrounding the incident.

James spoke with Digital Spy about the way in which Zack and Frankie have been dealing with the hit-and-run.
He reflected: 'When characters do things that you wouldn't personally do, it's hard to have empathy for them.
'Zack, in his reaction to the crash, certainly does something that as James I would not do.
'That is why he struggles and that is why it's hard to play that – but then really, how often do you run somebody over? And how do you make decisions on the back of that?'

Frankie is Mick Carter's long-lost daughter, who he fathered with care worker Katy Harris when he was just 12-years-old.
Danny Dyer's character Mick reached rock bottom when he learned he'd been abused as a child by Katy when he was a child.
Katy has previously been confident that she will get away with her crimes, however she is now on trial for sexually abusing Mick.
It was revealed that Mick was the victim of sexual abuse as child in October.

Mick struggled to come to terms with his historic abuse in the emotional storyline, and BBC bosses worked with charities Survivors UK and the NSPCC to ensure the issue was handled sensitively.
On New Years Eve, the Queen Vic landlord reached out to The Samaritans as part of the scenes on December 31, which saw him come dangerously close to taking his own life.
Having already suffered from anxiety and panic attacks thanks to the return of his former-abuser Katy, Mick felt he had reached the end of the line.
Later in January, fans were left rejoicing after Shirley Carter (Linda Henry) discovered Katy abused Mick.
Shirley saw red when she overheard Katy threatening Mick to keep their affair a secret, after she had raped him as a child.
And viewers of the BBC soap declared that paedophile Katy 'had it coming' as Shirley gave her a vicious beating, much to the shock of other Albert Square residents.
Shirley then picked up the phone and rang the police to report the abuse.
