Christina Haack's daughter sweetly surprises her with breakfast amid 'rough week'... after THAT tirade from ex Tarek El Moussa

Christina Haack's daughter surprised her mom with breakfast in bed after what the HGTV beauty admitted was a 'rough week.'

The real estate pro, 38, said she was a 'lucky mama' as she shared a snap of her 10-year-old Taylor presenting her with a tray of healthy snacks to Instagram.

Christina's daughter seemed to sense her mom needed a pick-me-up in the wake of reports she was verbally attacked by ex-husband and Flip Or Flop co-star Tarek El Moussa, 39, on set.

Christina captured a shot of her smiling tween daughter with a tray of raspberries, banana slices, grapes, cucumbers and toast, clearly touched by the gesture.

'My sweet girl knew I was having a rough week so she surprised me and brought me breakfast in bed…' she wrote in the caption.

'And I must say she knows me well -healthy choices,' Haack went on, adding the tag #Luckymama while sharing a video of her son Hudson, one, sharing the snacks with Taylor. 

Also helping Haack bounce back from the tough week was pal Kristin Rosowski, who comforted her pal with delicious salads and a well-deserved glass of wine.

Though she put on a brave face, Haack was likely still reeling from ex Tarek's verbal attack while shooting over the weekend.

The confrontation between the former couple was set off because Tarek was annoyed at how Christina signaled that she and the rest of the crew were ready to begin filming a scene, TMZ reported on Tuesday.

He allegedly took the credit for Christina's success and called the mother of his children a 'washed-up loser.'

He also reportedly shouted, 'Look at me, look at me, look at me. It’s called winning,' and, 'The world knows you're crazy!'

Tarek also brought his fiancée Heather Rae Young, 33, into the argument by saying she was 'hotter' and 'richer' than his ex.

And while sources with People said El Moussa is 'super remorseful' for having 'lashed out,' another insider with E! News said there is 'constant tension' between the exes and this is far from the first time Tarek has lost his temper with Christina.

'Tarek and Christina do not see eye to eye on anything and have constant tension between them,' a source close to Tarek told E! News.

 'They argue over everything and can't stand each other. It's uncomfortable for everyone around and it has gotten worse recently. They just don't get along and both have expressed they don't want to continue with the show together. They prefer to do the show separate, or on their own.'

They went on to add how Tarek's tantrums are a regular occurance, saying: 'He will blow up on her in front of others and then apologize later. It's a lot of pent up tension, but he does eventually regret his actions.' 

Yesterday Christina seemed happy to get back on track, sharing social media of herself on set.

Meanwhile, Tarek is vacationing with Selling Sunset girlfriend Young in in St. Barths to celebrate their two-year anniversary.

The on-set confrontation occurred shortly after Haack went public with her romance to new boyfriend Joshua Hall and opened up about a psychedelic trip brought on by smoking toad venom.

According to a source close to El Moussa, he was primed to lose his cool because he was angry about learning of the drug trip, which occurred before Christina hooked up with her new man.

The exes share daughter Taylor, 10, and son Brayden, five. Haack also has Hudson with second husband Ant Anstead, who she finalized her divorce with in June.

Haack and El Moussa were married in 2009 but split in 2016, with their divorce being finalized two years later.  

The divorce followed a chilling incident in May 2016, when law enforcement responded to a call about a possibly suicidal male with a gun at their home.

According to Witness, Tarek had been seen leaving the house with a gun and heading down a nearby hiking trail. Christina was also seen running out of the home while looking visibly upset. 

Police later intercepted Tarek, who surrendered his weapon, along with five other firearms found in the home, though he was not arrested.  

Since their divorce, the former couple continue to co-host Flip Or Flop and serve as executive producers together.

Christina went on to wed Wheelers Dealers host Ant Anstead, who has moved on to actress Renee Zellweger since the divorce.
