Brittany Cartwright documents her fitness journey after getting body shamed during pregnancy: 'Every story is different and this is mine'

She is a proud new mother to a baby boy, and is committed to her '#PostpartumWeightLossJourney'.

Brittany Cartwright took to her Instagram Stories on Friday, to document her commitment to physical fitness following months of body shaming on social media.

The reality star, 32, shared a fresh-faced mirror selfie to her Stories, in which she wore a gray Adidas T-shirt knotted at the abdomen in front of some gym equipment.

She paired this with cropped black legging shorts, and had her wavy brown hair up in a long ponytail that hung over one shoulder. 

Among the captions on the image was the message, 'Every story is different and this is mine'.

In addition to the WeightLossJourney hashtag, she also added the phrase, 'I'm going to be in here every single day' along with a muscle flex emoji.

She jokingly then added, '(maybe one day off lol)'.

Over that image, Brittany wrote, 'Reminder for myself to make sure all my mascara is off because mommas gonna sweat'.

Another entry to Friday afternoon's Stories was a gleeful video of Cartwright's little tot in a rolling chair as she cooed to him.

The posts come after the Vanderpump Rules star encountered some negative naysayers on social media during her pregnancy earlier this year.

In March, Brittany spoke out about haters on social media as she continued to be body-shamed about her pregnant figure leading up to giving birth the following month. 

'I don't know who else needs to hear this but all women carry differently and all are beautiful!!!' the Kentucky native wrote in a post at the time.

'9 months pregnant and so proud of my body and every mark my healthy son has made!!' she added.
