Million Dollar Listing: Steve Gold enlists the help of RHONY star Dorinda Medley to help sell a sprawling country estate in upstate New York

Steve Gold enlisted the help of Real Housewives of New York star Dorinda Medley to help sell a massive country estate on Million Dollar Listing.

Gold, 36, had taken a listing in Ancramdale, New York for the Artemis Farm, which was listed at $3.995 million.

Before fully putting it on the market, Steve set up a few 'pre-showings' to drum up some interest in the place, with Medley, 56, lending her star power to the showings.

Gold referred to Medley as her, 'secret weapon,' calling her 'royalty' in the Berksshires, with her iconic place Blue Stone Manor.

Steve is hoping to use her popularity and influence to help sell the home, as Dorinda loves the custom huge closet area that Steve jokes is bigger than a NYC studio apartment.

Dorinda is told the price and is told that she thought, 'it would have been a lot more,'

Steve adds that the land overlooks 'conservation land' which is owned by the Columbia Land Trust, which Medley knew was a big selling point.

'That's great, so it's protected. So you really don't technically own it. It's like you own it, because no one can ever build on it,' she said.

Gold added that it's even better because the owner doesn't have to pay taxes on the property.

'Here's the thing about living in these areas. I mean, you come up to this, and you feel like you've entered a different world. Time stops. It's about where can we be safe long-term,' Gold said.

Gold also joked that Medley's Tudor-style home Blue Stone Manor is 'gorgeous,' adding that he could 'sell it really fast.'

'You might as well just sell my soul! - No! I mean, I am the queen of the manor!' Medley joked, scoffing at the thought of selling her beloved home.

The home sits  on a whopping 450 acres, with Steve getting creative with ways to show off the land - taking prospective buyers out on an ATV ride.

The episode begins with Tyler Whitman in Harlem, who says he is 'busier than ever' with his clients in Manhattan, but he's in Harlem that day.

He has had this listing on 110th Street for a few weeks but he convinced the owner to spend an extra $30K to stage the place.
