A Detroit woman has claimed that a thief stole her entire front porch off her home while she was at work.
According to The Shade Room, India Gardner, who builds trucks at the Chrysler plant, returned home on Saturday from a long day at work only to find the culprit had slipped off with her porch.
A before photo of Gardner's home shows her green steps connected to the residence but in the after photo, all of the steps have been removed.

Images showed the before and after of Gardner's home. In one photo, her green steps are seen connected to her home. In the after photo, all of the steps have been removed.
In addition to the photos and to prove naysayers wrong, Gardner shared video of her home.
'This is for y'all who thought my porch didn't get stolen,' Gardner is heard saying in the video.
She explained to TSR that she 'literally tripped before I realized what had happened' as she was trying to make her way inside her home. 'Whoever has my porch took my railings with it,' she added.

Since the incident occurred, Gardner has started a GoFundMe in order to replace the stolen porch. 'From experience I believe this porch will be around $1,000-1200 to replace,' she wrote
'I didn't know I would be buying a porch you know,' she said. 'It's funny but it's not lol. I'm laughing but I'm pissed lol.'
Gardner said she also asked her neighbors if they'd seen who snatched her porch, but she wasn't able to get any description of the thief.
