EXCLUSIVE: Tiger's mistress Rachel Uchitel filed for bankruptcy, racking up debts of $311k on cosmetic treatments, her daughter's school fees and rent on her NYC pad - and wasn't planning to tell her new married boyfriend she was getting evicted

Tiger Woods' mistress Rachel Uchitel filed for bankruptcy in July after racking up debts of $311,000, including $2,000 for cosmetic treatments and $2,240 in unpaid private school fees.

Documents obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com reveal Uchitel makes just over $5,000 a month - $2,000 in child support and $3,464 in unemployment benefits.

She owed more than $10,000 in unpaid rent on her New York apartment and has racked up a bill of $164,770 on a second Big Apple pad.

Texts obtained by DailyMail.com reveal she was due to be evicted on December 30 as a result – but planned to keep it secret from married lawyer boyfriend Ed Batts, 47.

The 45-year-old is also on the hook for another $17,339 in taxes as well as $23,694 due to a New York legal firm.

Uchitel is currently appearing in HBO documentary Tiger, where she discusses her affair with the golfer in detail for the first time. It is unclear whether she was paid to be on the show.

The fling famously ended when Woods' enraged wife Elin Nordegren chased him from their Florida home brandishing a golf club after discovering saucy messages from Uchitel on his phone.

Terrified Woods then crashed his car into a fire hydrant and his neighbor's tree. Nordegren later got an estimated $100 million in their divorce.

Meanwhile Uchitel was paid $10 million in 2010 after signing a non-disclosure agreement intended to buy her silence over the affair.

But a year later, she was forced to hand most of it back by her then lawyer Gloria Allred after talking about her fling with the golfer during an appearance on Celebrity Rehab.

She also hit the headlines for another affair with Angel actor David Boreanaz whose wife was pregnant at the time.

After meeting her now ex-husband Matt Hahn, she moved to New York where she opened a kidswear boutique named for eight-year-old daughter Wyatt that brought in $233,000 a year.

But she has not worked since it closed in 2019 and lists herself as unemployed on the Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing – living instead on child support payments from Hahn and unemployment.

Her bid to be declared bankrupt is yet to be resolved, with the case still pending.

In a statement to DailyMail.com, Uchitel said: 'The vast majority of debts to be discharged was directly related to my business which proved to be not financially viable (because retail is not doing well as an industry!) but I had personally guaranteed, leaving me no choice but to seek bankruptcy protection.

'This isn't about me racking up credit cards in 300k. Sometimes entrepreneurs need to know when failure is an option. I closed my store.

'For over 5 years I invested my own money and time into an award winning store that I had to close due to a tough industry.'

As DailyMail.com revealed last week, Uchitel has also turned to alternative ways of making money and has a profile on sugar daddy website Seeking Arrangement.

Her profile on the site remains live, with Uchitel billing herself as 'high class discretion' and providing a list of 48 items men can gift to her.

They include a $109 bouquet of roses, a $1,049 Prada bag, a pair of $459 Dior sunglasses and a $1,849 gold and diamond bangle.

The profile also makes clear that she is looking for a cash arrangement, with the 45-year-old writing that 'I am looking for a discreet arrangement that benefits us both.'

She adds: 'This isn't work. We will have a great time. No strings attached. I'm happy to be available exclusively to one person as well if the offer is right.'

So far, she has netted $10,000 from one paid-for relationship – even taking a photo of herself holding an envelope containing $5,000 in cash on her lap - while the second, with married lawyer Batts, has seen him take care of most of her expenses, including the rent on her Palm Beach apartment.

Batts, who dumped his wife Robyn, 59, and her three children from a previous marriage a week before Christmas to relocate to Palm Beach to be with Uchitel, approached her via the site.

In his opening message, Batts made clear he was willing to pay for Uchitel's company and flattered her by telling her she is 'out of my league'.

He added: 'I have to say I really admire you. You have had some real public trials and tribulations … and you have persevered.

'You are gorgeous (at 45 you could still be a hostess at Tao in my book) and I am disappointed we are on different coasts.'

Balding Batts later whisked her away for a naughty weekend in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where he picked up the tab down to a hairbrush and a box of Tampax.

Texts sent by Uchitel to a friend reveal how she had had qualms about corporate lawyer Batts – even describing him as a 'one' in terms of looks – but was swiftly won over after he offered to pay her bills.

She also explained how he offered her a monthly allowance, bought her an iPhone and offered to change the locks on his $5.5m San Diego mansion so she and Wyatt could move in.

Uchitel now claims she intends to retrain as a lawyer, telling Page Six on Sunday that she is studying for the LSAT law school admission exam.

She said: 'I'm studying for my LSAT, so I don't know if I'm going to take them or not, but I started studying for the LSATs and I might like take my LSATs and just see if I can pass them for fun.'

Uchitel added: 'I have my degree of masters in forensic investigation, which I got after I did 'Celebrity Rehab.

'So I'm really into that kind of forensics thing and criminal justice kind of stuff.'
