A car lover is facing charges in Indiana after a video he posted to Instagram shows him hit 213 mph in a Lamborghini Huracan turning cars he passes into a blur.

Gabriel Sleiman, 33, has been charged with reckless driving by the Marion County Prosecutor's Office, in Indianapolis. 

Sleiman, who owns the auto repair shop Keep Swingin Garage, declined to comment to DailyMail.com.

The alleged speed demon told cops last month that his car cannot reach 213 mph and his videos are 'deceptively edited' to make his car appear faster, the Indianapolis Star reported.

Sleiman posted the video, titled '2015 Lamborghini Huracan LP 610-4 Naturally Aspirated (0-213MPH), to YouTube on November 18 and it has since been deleted, outlets reported.

He also posted to the video to Instagram Reels with the title '213!!' and wrote in the caption: 'Well, that’s all she has in her .. for now!'

'Doing this naturally aspirated took quite a bit of planning, especially since I needed a good stretch of clean road to pull it off. I can’t imagine what those people I passed were thinking lol.'

That exact model can reach a top speed of 202 mph, according to AutoBlog.com and Car and Driver.

Cops said the video shows Sleiman's sports car stopped in the left lane of I-465 before rapidly accelerating, the Indianapolis Star reported.

Crash reconstructionists with the Indiana State police analyzed the video and estimated that the Huracan sped past another car at 198 mph. 

That part of the highway, near mile marker 9, has a posted speed limit of 55 mph, The Drive reported. 

Cops identified Sleiman after reviewing social media posts in which he boasts about his Lamborghini and street racing, according to police records obtained by the Indianapolis Star.

A video posted to his Instagram account shows Sleiman 'finally pulled the trigger' and bought the lambo around February 1, 2020.

'It's been a lot of hard work, and a lot of bustin' knuckles, a lot of late nights and a lot of hoops and stuff to jump through ... but I finally got another car,' Sleiman says in the video.

'I finally got another car and I want to share it with you guys.' 

Sleiman has paid 15 traffic citations related to speeding in the state since 2006, state court records show.

He is due to appear in court April 30, court records show.
