EXCLUSIVE: LeAnn Rimes is spotted on husband Eddie Cibrian's arm as they visit an urgent care just days after the country music star revealed she had battled depression and anxiety

LeAnn Rimes was spotted with husband Eddie Cibrian visiting an urgent care facility in the San Fernando Valley.

The country music star, 38, and her 47-year-old actor husband of nine years appeared to be filling out paperwork in their car prior to their appointment on Wednesday. 

After the visit, DailyMail.com saw the couple treat themselves to healthy juices from trendy Erewhon Market. She held onto her husband's arm as they walked together.

LeAnn looked comfortable in gray leggings, a t-white shirt and beige sneakers. Her hair was in braids and she carried a Louis Vuitton mini Palm Springs backpack. 

The sighting comes as LeAnn opened up about her mental health battle earlier this week.

It's unclear the reason for the couple's visit to urgent care, but the facility was offering Covid nasal swab tests 

In an interview with Fox News the 38-year-old singer said that after 15 years of pent up trauma, she ultimately checked herself into treatment for anxiety and depression the day after her 30th birthday. 

'At first I didn’t want to face my pain because I thought I would get lost in it. But I didn’t,' she shared. 

She revealed that her whirlwind of success at such a young age caused her to bury a lot of her issues, only realizing the magnitude of her suppression later in life.  

LeAnn reached breaking point and shared why she ultimately sought treatment. 

'People are so ashamed to talk about it and ask for help, but taking away the shame is so important. I had so much underlying grief, everything accumulated and I had to give in,' she said.

Around 2012 when she finally got help, she found herself embroiled in scandal after she had an affair with now husband and ex-spouse of Real Housewife Brandi Glanville's, Eddie Cibrian. 

The Can't Fight the Moonlight singer had to fend off accusations from a scorned Glanville that she was addicted to laxatives and had a serious eating disorder, which she called 'outlandish allegations.' 

Breaking down in the interview, she addressed the affair and said, 'You can't break what's broken already.' 

Now in the process of releasing her new album CHANT: The Human & The Holy, Rime said that the album came to be serendipitous. 

'It’s taken my whole journey to allow something like this to be birthed through me. I just trusted it and I didn’t question it,' she shared, while crediting both her high and low points throughout her life for helping her make the record.

She called the 2021 album a 'big trust project,' as she said she wanted to, 'move forward without putting myself under my own limitations,' while adding she needed and 'wanted to be of service for something greater.' 

LeAnn also credited meditation with being a fundamental part of synthesizing her mind, body and soul as she said it 'has made a huge shift in my life,' and helped her get through the pandemic.   

'It's like I come home to myself,' she said. 

'I have a daily practice but during this time of lockdown it has been incredibly challenging to keep that daily practice, but every time I return to it, I remember why I meditate,' she continued.
