'The most Australian thing I've ever seen': Brave wildlife fan crawls into a wombat burrow to find out what's inside - only to get STUCK
A brave wildlife enthusiast has taken his camera inside a wombat burrow to find out what was lurking inside the marsupials' homes.
Sam Damo recorded his little adventure on popular social media site TikTok to the tune of the famous Australian song, Down Under by Men at Work.
'Always wondered what’s in a wombat hole,' he captioned the video.

Mr Damo saw only a puddle of water before deciding to crawl in further
As he made his way inside the entrance to the burrow, Mr Damo saw a puddle and a tunnel on the other side of the water, saying to camera: 'I'm coming in'.
He continued to squirm and go in further before turning the camera to his shocked face when he realised he was stuck.
Mr Damo wiggled around was eventually able to back out of the burrow.
The video received more than 107,000 views and 15,700 likes as viewers commented that their anxiety went through the roof when Mr Damo got stuck.
'I'm not normally claustrophobic but this gave me anxiety,' one commented.

Wombats create extensive burrow systems which they defend aggressively against any intruders.
Across the puddle, Mr Damo saw another tunnel and announced 'I'm coming in'
