Police seize 1,350 tins of baby formula from gang planning to ship $100,000 of stolen pharmaceutical goods overseas after raids across Sydney
A syndicate that allegedly planned to sell $100,000 worth of stolen pharmaceutical goods including baby formula has been smashed.
Police raided a storage facility in Homebush and a home in Greystanes in western Sydney, on Thursday.
They found 1,350 of allegedly stolen baby formula tins, 1,042 bottles of vitamins, 47 tubs of menthol rub, 300 tubs of pawpaw cream and 100 electric toothbrushes.

Police arrested a 53-year-old and 40-year-old man following the raids in western Sydney on Thursday
The raids came after police were tipped off last month about an alleged theft syndicate operating across Sydney.
A 53-year-old and a 40-year-old man were arrested following the raids.
The men were taken to Auburn police station where charges were brought against them.
The 53-year-old man was charged with shoplifting with police alleging he facilitated the theft of the baby formula and pharmaceutical items.
The 40-year-old man was charged with deal with property proceeds of crime and receive property-theft - serious indictable offence.
Police allege he received stolen goods before exporting them overseas.
The pair were granted conditional bail and will front Burwood Local Court on November 12.
