The mother of Baltimore Ravens offensive guard D.J. Fluker's child faces a misdemeanor kidnapping charge after being accused of refusing to give their child back to Fluker after a supervised visit.

During one of those visits on September 19, Fluker said Davis kicked his sister out of her apartment and then refused to give the child back to Fluker when he arrived in Baltimore from Houston, The Baltimore Sun reported.

The offensive guard said in the complaint that he fears for the safety of his daughter and doesn't 'feel safe during this time.'

Davis was released Tuesday after posting bond on the charge, and the case is set to go to trial in January, the newspaper reported.

Ravens spokesman Chad Steele said the team was 'aware of the situation.'

This is the second time Davis was arrested this year. She was charged with second-degree assault in July after being accused of punching Fluker in the nose. According to charging documents from that incident, Davis told investigators she poked Fluker in the nose during an argument but did not intend to injure him. She is scheduled to face trial in that case in November, The Baltimore Sun reported.

It is not clear if Davis has an attorney who could comment.
