Vonn without Tiger: Lindsey parties in NYC solo without Woods

Lindsey Vonn was without Tiger Woods when she attended the Delete Blood Cancer Gala Thursday night in NYC. The professional skiier and her golfer beau have not done public appearances together as of yet, but of course Vonn was asked where Tiger was. E! Online shared the details on May 2.

Vonn simply said that Woods was not at the gala because he was practicing. This was her first event since her frightening injury at the Alpine World Championships in February, but it seems she is doing well. She said that she is aiming to begin skiing again in September, and she has her eye on the Olympics next February.

Lindsey's doctor wants her to ski with her brace for a while, but she says she dumped it for the gala event. It certainly seems like she is in good spirits and working hard to get back into solid shape for the slopes. While fans are anxious to see the romantic duo together in public, for now they will have to settle for Lindsey Vonn without Tiger Woods on her arm.
