Jenelle Evans arrested: Once Again Jenelle Evans, who has a history of trouble with the law, allegedly struck her husband with a piece of furniture.She was arrested for assault and heroin possession.
“Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans is back in the slammer after being arrested in Caswell Beach, N.C., on Tuesday.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Evans, 21, was booked after police discovered a significant amount of heroin in her possession. Police arrived at Evans' home after a domestic dispute with husband Courtland Rogers.
The charges against Evans include drug possession, possession of paraphernalia and simple assault on Rogers. TMZ reports that the assault charge stems from an altercation in which Evans struck Rogers with a piece of furniture.
Courtland Rogers has also been charged with assaulting Evans. He allegedly hit her on the neck and struck her with a closed first on the head.
Rogers was also arrested for allegedly assaulting Evans. Police told TMZ that Rogers attacked Evans by "hitting her on the neck and striking her with a closed fist on her head."
In addition to the charges, Evans was also served with a warrant for failing to pay child support.
Evans' attorney, Dustin R.T. Sullivan, told E! News that the star is in custody pending payment of two $10,000 bonds, one on the possession count and one on assault.

"She was crying in court," Sullivan told the news site. "This just happened. She was in bad shape."
It's not the first time Evans has found herself in trouble with the law.
In 2012, Evans and then-boyfriend Gary Head were arrested on drug and assault charges shortly after the star had been booked for violating a domestic violence protective order. She was also arrested on a separate occasion for allegedly cyber-stalking a former boss.
In 2011, Evans was arrested for attacking another woman in a fight caught on videotape.
