The Sports Illustrated model stood out as she walked hand-in-hand with her partner through the streets in the evening wearing an eye-catching ensemble.

Chrissy showed off her admirable bone structure by wearing her hair up in a bun on top of her head, and while she had dark red nail polish on her fingers, it looked as if she wore minimal make-up.
Meanwhile her musician man, 34, also looked cool in a leather jacket and matching black trainers.
