Minnesota woman and her four young children 'may be in danger' after vanishing last week along with husband who was 'ordered to stay away from them'
A Minnesota woman and her four young children are thought to be in danger after going missing along with her husband, who had been ordered to stay away from them.
Robert and Erika Herrington and their children Landon and Carter, both 8, Briella, 3, and Delilah, 2, were last seen last week.
Stearns County Sheriff's Office said the family are believed to be altogether and are thought to be traveling in a 2015 white Hyundai Sonata with a black top.
Robert, 34, was previously served with a domestic assault no contact order, banning him from making contact with his wife or children after he allegedly pinned Erika down by the neck and threatened her with a knife
However he has allegedly violated this order in the past and the family also disappeared together during an incident last year.

The sheriff's office issued an alert Saturday asking for the public's help in locating the missing family-of-six.
'There is concern for the children's welfare due to the restraining order against and other conditions they may be in,' the office said in a statement.
Authorities have released no further details about the disappearance.

Court records, seen by KARE11, reveal Robert was charged with domestic assault for pinning Erika to the floor by her neck and threatening her with a knife during a violent incident in 2019.
Robert 'pinned her down to the floor by her neck, causing her to be in fear for her safety' on December 11, according to the documents.
Earlier that day, he had allegedly threatened to 'poke her with a knife if she tried to get help,' the documents said.

He pleaded guilty to charges and was out on bail while he awaited sentencing.
Two months after that incident, in February 2019, Erika and her three children were reported missing.
Erika's mother told police at the time she feared for their safety, believing Robert had made comments saying he would hurt her daughter and grandchildren.
She also said she believed Erika would go back to be with Robert.

The family were later tracked down by police and found hiding in South Dakota, where they then returned to Minnesota.
Robert has been charged twice with violating the restraining order.
Most recently, he was arrested last month but was released without bail.
The public is asked to be on the look out for the family's 2015 white Hyundai Sonata with a black top, displaying Minnesota license BWD 364.
