Police launch four-county-wide search for missing 14-year-old girl who was last seen on Friday night

A four county-wide hunt has been launched after a 14-year-old girl went missing last Friday night.

Bethany Revill disappeared from her home in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, on Friday, August 6.

Police say they are concerned for her safety as she has not been seen or heard from since 5.30pm.

Bethany is described as white, around 5ft 8ins tall, with a slim build and brown hair.

She was last seen wearing black leggings, black trainers and had a black handbag.

A police spokesperson said: 'We are growing concerned for the safety of the missing teenager.

'Bethany may be in the Erewash, Nottingham, West Midlands or Staffordshire areas.'

It comes a month after Bethany Revill went missing with 13-year-old friend, Destiny Sturgess-Green on July 10.

Derbyshire Police announced the girls had been found safe and well in Nottingham on Monday, July 12. 

A spokesman said: 'Destiny Sturgess-Green and Bethany Revill, who were reported as missing, have been found safe and well by officers in Nottingham. 

'Thank you to all those who shared our appeal.'
