Keable, in the second tier, saw the ball heading towards him and quickly jumped out of his seat and put down his beer.

The cricket fan took the catch while falling forward and tumbled across a number of seats before holding the ball aloft to the cheering crowd and fans watching at home on TV.

Keable, from Leeds, then toasted his achievement by downing a pint of Guinness, spilling some on his white hoodie in the process.

'As soon as he hit it I thought right, this is my moment, I've got to grab it and I pushed my mate out of the way, caught it and tumbled over a couple of seats.

'I went mental. I stuck to my word, turned around and got my Guinness, tried to down that but I'm not very good at that to be honest.'

Keable said his teammates from his cricket club in Harrogate teased him for dropping easier catches than his spectacular effort this season.
