Chris Evans is every inch the doting father as he is joined by twins Walt and Boo, 2, alongside son Eli, 9, and wife Natasha on stage at Car-Fest

He founded Car-Fest ten years ago and has been enjoying the festival's anniversary weekend in Cheshire over the last two days.

And on Saturday, doting father Chris Evans was joined by his adorable two-year-old twins Walt and Boo on stage, and even passed the mic to the toddlers so that they could speak to the crowd.

Also joining his dad and younger siblings in front of festival goers was 55-year-old Chris' son Eli, nine, the second eldest of the four children the radio host shares with his golfer wife Natasha Shishmanian - who also joined her children and husband on stage.

Walt and Boo - both giddy with excitement - wore matching T-shirts, with little Boo donning a pair of pink shorts while her brother wore beige.

Eli also wore an identical T-shirt to his younger siblings and smiled away as his famous dad addressed the crowd.

Chris and Natasha, 40, also share 12-year-old Noah. Chris also has a 34-year-old daughter named Jade from a previous relationship.

The fun weekend comes five months after Chris underwent surgery to have kidney stones removed.

Chris originally thought he was just suffering with trapped wind before being rushed to hospital in agonising pain in February, where he was diagnosed with having kidney stones.

He spent two nights in hospital following his trip to A&E with crippling stomach pains.

Speaking to The Sun at the time, Chris told how ultrasound and CT scans showed he had a large kidney stone which doctors monitored for 48 hours before he was sent home.

He said: 'I thought I had trapped wind and general ''man pain'' most of Saturday. I took paracetamol and waited for nature to take its course.... that didn't happen.

'Late Saturday night my wife called 111 and we were advised to go to A&E. Which we did. After an ultrasound scan and CT scan, it was clear I had a kidney stone on the move.

'I was subsequently admitted to a ward where I was looked after until I came back home on Monday evening. I still have the stone, and if it doesn't come out soon I will need to go back in and have it removed.'

Chris described the doctors, nurses and other medical staff as 'amazing' and thanked them for taking care of him.
