Married At First Sight's Cameron Merchant shares surprising selfie with Keith Urban and describes him as a 'dead set legend'

Cameron Merchant soared to fame on the Channel Nine matchmaking show Married At First Sight. 

And on Sunday, the reality TV star gave insight into his new A-list lifestyle when he shared a selfie with Nicole Kidman's husband Keith Urban.

While Cam, 37, didn't reveal why he had come face-to-face with The Voice judge, he wrote alongside the image: 'Absolute pleasure meeting the great man @keithurban.

Cam also quipped: 'When trying to prove to your wife you CAN play the guitar you get the best coach on board!', referring to his wife, Jules Robinson.

The photo comes after Cam and Jules recently spoke out about her long-running feud with their former co-star Martha Kalifatidis.

The MAFS golden couple addressed the drama in the debut episode of their new podcast REALatable, where Jules reflected on being called a 'bully' by Martha.

'Words can really hurt, and that is why I am a big advocate for think before you type, think before you say,' she said. 

'Those little words stuck with me for years and that is horrible. I am many things but that is one thing I am not.'

Appearing on KISS FM's Kyle and Jackie O Show in May, Martha, 33, apologised for calling Jules a 'snake' during the show.

Show hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie 'O' Henderson prompted Martha to call Jules, during the show - but her TV rival's response was less than friendly.

'I'm sorry. I apologise. I'm clearing the air, I just wanted to put that out there,' she said to Jules of her change of heart.   

Jules however said that Martha's apology didn't feel genuine because she had plenty of opportunities to make amends privately and didn't.

'I always said hello back, but I don't think in a public place is really, you know...' Martha began, to which Jules sarcastically returned: 'Okay, because the radio is much better.'

In her podcast, Jules also addressed the apology, and said she felt it was a bit misguided, because Martha said sorry for the 'snake' comment but not the  accusation of bullying. 

'I was very much caught off guard here I have to say. It was to apologise for calling me a snake, which actually wasn't really in my mind.

'The one thing that was in my mind was when she called me a bully, which really hurt because I am many things in life but I am not a bully. Those words really hurt.'
