One of Jonathon Patton's ex-lovers claims he would FaceTime her 'at all hours' while naked as she exposes his 'dirty messages' - as AFL star checks in to hospital for mental health treatment

Another woman has come forward to accuse AFL star Jonathon Patton of sending her inappropriate and explicit messages over a two year period.

The woman, who wants to remain anonymous, said she was inspired to call out his alleged behaviour after reading the experiences of four others.

The 25-year-old from Sydney said Patton first contacted her via Instagram in April 2018 and was pleasant and polite.

She went on two dates with the Hawthorn forward before sleeping with him, but says things quickly soured after that.

'Just because I sleep with someone, doesn't give them the right to FaceTime me at all hours while naked,' she told Daily Mail Australia.

Patton strongly denies ever sending unsolicited images and videos, but has been admitted to hospital amid the fallout from the bombshell accusations.

'We can confirm that Jonathon Patton has been admitted to hospital to assist in the management of his ongoing mental health. We hope that Jonathon's privacy be respected at this time,' Connor Sports Management said on Wednesday night.

Patton has been notably absent from the Hawks' pre-season training this week, with the club confirming he has been temporarily stood down.

The woman said the last time she saw Patton was shortly after he played in the 2019 AFL Grand Final, while still contracted to the Greater Western Sydney Giants.

But in the months to follow his move to Melbourne, the 27-year-old would 'sporadically call, message and Facetime' her, the woman claimed.

She said months would pass and then she would receive a FaceTime request from Patton, who would be naked or performing sexually explicit acts if she answered.

If she were to ignore his messages, the woman claimed he would simply message her on another platform until she answered.

The most recent communication the woman claims to have had with Patton was in July 2020, when he and his club were flown to Sydney and placed into a mandatory quarantine hub, which was established to ensure the AFL could run during the Covid pandemic.

But the woman claims he showed disregard for that bubble by messaging her to let her know he had returned to Sydney and asked her 'what she was doing'.

Jacqueline Kearton claimed he sent her unsolicited lewd photos and videos via Instagram in September 2019Elle Coonan was approached by the Hawthorn forward back in June 2020, and claims the conversation quickly turned sexual

Jacqueline Kearton and Elle Coonan both came forward to claim Patton sent them unwanted and inappropriate messages

The inference, the woman believes, was that he wanted her to visit him.

Two other women have also claimed Patton discussed seeing them despite being subject to rules of the quarantine hub.

On one occasion, the woman claims that months after last interacting with him, Patton sent her a random message which read: 'Do you miss my c**k?'

'No hello. No nothing. He'd randomly start FaceTiming, already naked. I don't want to be out for dinner with my friends and answer a phone call like that.'

The woman went on to say she's kept a close eye on the backlash other girls who shared their experiences received, and was alarmed at how many people brushed it off as 'normal behaviour'.

'The victim shaming is ridiculous. We don't benefit from sharing our stories, we just don't want younger people to look at this and think its acceptable, because it's not.'

She said seeing other stories had prompted her to come forward and she hopes that 'strength in numbers' will encourage more women to speak out.

On Tuesday, 22-year-old Elle Coonan told Daily Mail Australia how Patton contacted her in June 2020 and alleged the conversation quickly turned sexual.

She said Patton tried to fly her from her home in Brisbane to Melbourne at the height of the Covid pandemic and that she had to 'remind him the city was in lockdown'.

Ms Coonan claims that over the course of a month, Patton called and FaceTimed her relentlessly, asking for naked photographs or pictures of her feet.

On several occasions, Patton allegedly sent the then-21-year-old lewd pictures and videos of himself.

But since she's come forward she has been bombarded by abuse from Patton's supporters, leaving her unable to sleep and forcing her to delete her social media accounts.

'I didn't sleep for over 40 hours... I was in tears all day,' she said.

'At times I regretted coming forward and wished I kept my mouth shut... but I know I did the right thing.'

She said she 'didn't speak out for attention' but because she wanted to make sure he knew that sending alleged unsolicited messages was 'never OK'.

'He said wanted to see me in heels and kiss my feet,' Ms Coonan recalled.

After suggesting she fly to Melbourne to see him during lockdown, Patton allegedly asked if Ms Coonan would 'want to be paid' to have sex with him.

When Ms Coonan questioned what he was referring to, he replied: 'To f**k'. The journalism graduate explained that she was not an escort.

Ms Coonan said she repeatedly told the AFL star she shared risque photos of herself on adults only website OnlyFans, and instructed him to subscribe to her page if he wanted to see explicit content.

After several alleged attempts at getting Ms Coonan to send him naked photos, she said he abruptly stopped messaging her and had unfollowed her.

Patton first came under fire last weekend when an unnamed woman accused him of sending her 'intimate' pictures through social media.

A day after the allegations were made, Jacqueline Kearton, from Melbourne spoke publicly on her own alleged encounter with Patton.

She claimed he sent her unsolicited lewd photos and videos via Instagram in September 2019.

Ms Keaton didn't contact police at the time, but wants him to be held accountable.

'He just needs to be made an example of so that young guys that are coming up and looking up towards these older players think 'I better not do that sort of stuff,' she told 7News.

'Unfortunately it's not something that's uncommon, but it makes you feel uncomfortable.'

The Hawthorn Football Club is aware of the allegations and is investigating the matter.

'The allegations are of behaviour that does not reflect the values and standards of Hawthorn Football Club,' the club said in a statement.

'As soon as it became aware the club addressed the matter with Patton directly and clearly communicated that any behaviour of this nature would not be tolerated.

'The club takes these allegations seriously and has referred the matter to Hawthorn's Integrity Committee. Hawthorn promotes and advocates for equality and respect for everyone and demands this same behaviour from all involved with the club.'

Depending on what is uncovered in the internal investigation, Hawthorn's Integrity Committee can issue fines or match bans to players.

Patton, the AFL's number one draft pick in 2011, joined the Hawks last season after playing for Greater Western Sydney from 2012 to 2019.

Injuries resulted in him playing just six games last year.

Ms Coonan responds to common messages she's received from trolls since speaking out

Ms Coonan said she's spent hours trawling comments sections on articles and Facebook posts written about her reading the abuse aimed at her.

She said she 'didn't sleep for 40 hours' after speaking out and was forced to delete her Facebook and Twitter pages. She has privatised her Instagram and Snapchat accounts.

Below are the most common questions or statements Ms Coonan has received, and her responses to each of them.

'Why did you give him your number?'

Ms Coonan said that regardless of whether she provided her mobile number or not, Instagram is a public forum and where most of the pair's alleged correspondence took place.

'You can send a d**k pic as your opening message if you so choose.

'Even though we exchanged numbers, this was done so under the guise that he would speak to me respectfully. I expect better behaviour from a man with a fully developed frontal lobe.

'I gave him my number but I did not consent to him to FaceTime me with while he was gratifying , much like you can agree to a date but not consent to sex.

'It was not an invitation for him to gratify himself sexually to my discomfort, as he has done with so many other women.'

'You're lucky and must have wanted it because he plays AFL.'

Ms Coonan said that given she lives in Queensland, she hasn't had as much exposure to AFL as people living in Melbourne.

'It's not even popular in Queensland, and I've never followed it. I've never met any AFL players nor have I ever pursued one romantically or sexually.

'This is why active consent is so important. His status as an AFL player means very little to me.

'Contrary to popular belief, not every woman is looking to fall at the feet of a man with a blue tick.'

'I bet you're just after a payday.'

Ms Coonan wanted to make clear that she has not been paid for sharing her story, nor has she asked the club or Patton for money.

'This story is bigger than money, I allowed my experience to be shared in the hopes that other women would feel safer to come forward and speak out.

'This is not solely about him or the AFL but about all athletes who have acted inappropriately, in a bid to shed light on the current state of Australian sporting culture.

'I want nothing more than to see a change in people’s attitudes and for women to be treated with the respect that they deserve. I do not seek to be paid a cent for my involvement.'

'You could have blocked him, why did you even reply?'

Ms Coonan said it should never be a woman's responsibility to simply 'block, delete and move on'.

'I have every right to use my voice to speak out and condemn them. Why are we so set on conditioning women into silence? Why must I be forced to feel alone whilst they enjoy the freedom of flying under the radar?

'Not every instance requires a police report but sometimes a quick screenshot shared to a story is enough to shock and man into acting right. Rarely, if ever, do they expect us to retaliate or stick up for ourselves.'

'You're lying.'

Ms Coonan understands it is easier to assume a woman is lying, but says she deserves the same respect from the public to believe that she is telling the truth.

'He rejected you.'

'The man wanted to suck my toes. Case closed.'
