Two workers surveying property in the 1600 block of Morrell Park Avenue in Baltimore on Tuesday morning discovered a woman's headless and dismembered body
'It was very surprising — sort of surreal,' Batzri told The Baltimore Sun. 'It looked like it had been there for awhile, or someone had recently came and dropped it off.'
A police spokesman said when officers responded to the scene, they found the body under a covering.
The body was decomposing and missing the head, feet and hands, the spokesman said. Police have not been able to identify the victim.
The case is being investigated as a 'suspicious death.'
