Khloe Kardashian on Pregnant Kim's Health: Mommy and Baby Are Doing Fine

Kim Kardashian  and her baby-to-be have the support of her fans -- and her family. Shortly after news broke that the pregnant reality star, 32, was on doctor-ordered rest following a health scare, her sister Khloe addressed the situation -- with gratitude -- on her blog.

"A lot of you have expressed concern in the recent hours about Kim," Khloe, 28, wrote. "And I just wanted to let you all know that mommy and baby are doing fine and just taking it easy right now."

A pal told Us Weekly earlier on Thursday, March 7, that Kim "just needs to take a little rest" following a mandate from her doctor. The E! star arrived back home in Los Angeles on Tuesday following a trip to Paris. "She's been working a lot, and [plus] a divorce and the move and everything else she has going on," the pal note.

Added Khloe on her blog of the well-wishers: "Thank you so much to all of our wonderful fans and loved ones for your concern and support. We love you!"
