Thousands of residents in Brisbane are urged to check their yards and rubbish bins for Nike shoes, a Woolworths cooler bag or earphones as cops investigate man's suspicious death
Thousands of Brisbane residents are being urged to check their rubbish bins for Nike running shoes, earphones and a Woolworths cooler bag.
The public appeal comes as detectives investigate the alleged murder of Paul Morrow.
Mr Morrow, 45, was found dead inside his home in Wynnum, Brisbane's east, on Wednesday with significant head injuries, police said.

Police are asking residents in Wynnum, Wynnum North and Mount Gravatt to check their rubbish bins and yards for several items, including Nike running shoes
Residents are also being urged to be on the lookout for a green and white cooler bag, most likely Woolworths brand
A 24-year-old man has been charged with his murder.
Detectives investigating the alleged killing have called on the public's help to find the items which may have been discarded.
Residents who live in Wynnum and Wynnum North are being asked to check their yards and bins for the items, which also include sunglasses and a baseball cap.
Police are focusing their appeal on residents who live in Ronald Street, West Avenue, Stradbroke Avenue, French Street, Bellew Street and Cameron Parade.

Residents in the Mount Gravatt area, including Creek Road, Logan Road, Gowrie Street, Gosford Street and Tenby Street should also be checking outside their home.
Anyone who comes across the items should contact police.
The murder accused will face Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday.

- A pair of black running shoes, with white soles and a white 'Nike' motif on the side
- A pair of earphones with a white cord
- A green and white cooler bag, most likely Woolworths brand
- A dark coloured baseball cap
- A pair of sunglasses with dark lenses and a light-coloured frame
