Car Insurance In USA

Car insurance may be expensive at times, complicated at times, and nearly always necessary. Auto insurance regulations are created and enforced at the state level, and all drivers in 49 of America's 50 states must have legal vehicle insurance coverage.  If your car is legally registered and will be used on public roads, you must have the bare minimum of liability insurance mandated by your state. Because vehicle insurance is controlled at the state level, you'll need to contact your state's DMV to see how much coverage you require. Some states have stricter insurance regulations than others. Higher levels of coverage are necessary for no-fault states. Following an accident, every motorist in these states must submit a bodily injury claim with their insurance carrier, which boosts insurance costs. In no-fault states, personal injury protection (PIP) coverage, as well as physical injury and property damage coverage, is needed. PIP covers the cost of medical claims...

Suspect, 23, is on the run from police after opening fire at a Kansas nightclub killing a 34-year-old father and injuring five others, after he was kicked out the club for fighting

Police are seeking a 23-year-old man who allegedly shot and killed a father of two, and injured five others at a Kansas nightclub that he had been kicked out of early Tuesday. Wichita police identified the suspect in the shooting as Keshawn Dawson, who they said had been involved in a 'disturbance' that became 'physical' at the Enigma Club & Lounge in downtown Wichita, and was subsequently escorted out of the building. A short time later, at around 12.38am, police said Dawson allegedly returned with a semi-automatic handgun, and began shooting through the glass doors and windows at the front of the club, killing 34-year-old Preston Spencer of Wichita, and injuring five women.  After he opened fire, Dawson then left in dark-colored vehicle which was being driven by another individual, Wichita Police Capt. Jason Stephens said at a news conference Tuesday afternoon.  Police are still seeking his whereabouts, he said, and were investigating whether there was any relatio...

Affirmative action for male students is new 'dirty little secret': US colleges 'worried' as men abandon courses in record numbers - but are afraid to speak out amid glare of gender politics

Image
Affirmative action for male students has become the new 'dirty little secret' with US colleges 'worried' that men are abandoning courses in record numbers - but are afraid to speak out amid the glare of gender politics. Women now make up an increasing proportion of the student body across America, in part driven by a trove of recent initiatives aimed at improving gender equality. Data from National Student Clearinghouse reveals female students accounted for 59.5 percent of all college enrollments in spring 2021, compared to just 40.5 percent that were men.  The gap between the two sexes is widening, with male student enrollment declining more drastically than their female counterparts with 400,000 fewer male students enrolling in 2021 than 2020, versus 200,000 fewer female students between the two years.    Some admissions experts are voicing concerns about the long-term impact of this trend on the male population, as college graduates can expect to earn more than a mil...

Cuba is world's first country to vaccinate TODDLERS: Children from age of two receive home-grown Covid-19 jabs not recognised by WHO

Cuba on Monday became the first country in the world to vaccinate children from the age of two against Covid-19, using home-grown jabs not recognized by the World Health Organization. The communist Caribbean island of 11.2 million people aims to inoculate all its children before reopening schools that have been closed for the most part since March 2020. The new school year started on Monday, but from home via television programs, as most Cuban homes do not have internet access. Having completed clinical trials on minors with its Abdala and Soberana vaccines, Cuba kicked off its inoculation campaign for children on Friday, starting with those 12 and older. Pedro Montano holds his daughter Roxana Montano, three, while she is being vaccinated against COVID-19 during trials of the Cuban vaccine Soberana Plus, on August 24 On Monday, it started distributing jabs in the 2-11 age group in the central province of Cienfuegos. Bishop Sycamore is NOT a high school: New coach claims it is a 'post-grad football academy' after it 'duped' its way into coveted ESPN-televised game that ended in bizarre 58-0 loss

Image
The newly hired Bishop Sycamore football coach has admitted that the supposed online high school that garnered nationwide attention last week following a 58-0 blowout loss on ESPN is not a school at all, but rather, a 'post-grad football academy.' Coach Tyren Jackson did not shed any light on how the program managed to book a coveted game against the defending national champion IMG Academy on August 29 — a bizarre spectacle that raised concerns over player safety — but he did tell WCMH-TV in Columbus, Ohio that the 'misconception' over Bishop Sycamore was simply a 'mistake on paperwork.' 'We do not offer curriculum,' Jackson said. 'We are not a school. That's not what Bishop Sycamore is, and I think that's what the biggest misconception about us was, and that was our fault. Because that was a mistake on paperwork.'  It remains unclear how Bishop Sycamore booked the prestigious game at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, but event org...
