'Disturbing' moment a teenage schoolgirl is set upon by her classmate in brutal playground attack as she's thrown to the floor by her HAIR
Shocking footage shows the moment a teenage girl is viciously attacked by her classmate in the school playground.
The sickening video was taken at Tannum Sands State High School in Central Queensland and has been shared widely online.
Confronting 24 second footage shows one girl sitting at a table in her school uniform before another student walks up to her and starts punching her.
The attacker then pulls the victim to the ground by her hair as she continues to throw more blows to her head.

She continues hitting the girl as she is on the floor before the victim manages to get up and attempt to defend herself.
But she is once again pushed to the ground as the attacker continues to punch her and kick her in the back.
The video was posted to Facebook by the victim's mother with the caption: 'Yet again my daughter has been bullied at school'.
'How many more f**king times does this have to happen.'
She continued: 'I am tired of dealing with this shit. It's time everyone knows what I am dealing with.'
The video has been shared widely on social media with many people shaming the video and calling the behaviour 'appalling'.
A spokesperson for the Department of Education told the Courier Mail the students had been dealt with by the school.
'The students in the video have been dealt with in line with the school's Responsible Behaviour Plan. No further details can be provided due to student privacy issues,' the spokesperson said.

'The principal and senior staff remain in contact with the families to monitor their concerns and continue to support the students as needed.
'Tannum Sands State High School does not tolerate violence and anti-social behaviour and continues to work diligently to promote safe and respectful interactions between students and a safe learning environment for everyone in the school community.'
Labor member for Gladstone Glenn Butcher took to Facebook with a statement about the 'extremely disturbing video'.
'Any form of bullying and especially one involving this level of violence is disgusting, unacceptable and has no place in our society and especially not in our schools,' Mr Butcher said.
'Any situation that threatens the safety and wellbeing of students, staff or others in the school community is treated extremely seriously, and dealt with as a matter of priority.'
