Brielle shooting: 35-year-old woman wounded

Brielle shooting, A Brielle shooting that occurred this week has left the rest of Monmouth County, New Jersey, in shock, as the Inquisitr reported this Tuesday, June 18, that a 35-year-old woman was shot in the high-end town at a local Sand Bar restaurant.
The Brielle shooting has left the 35-year-old victim in critical condition, continues the report. Although police allegedly have leads, there have been no arrests made yet in the shooting incident.
The shooting itself took place in a Sand Bar restaurant parking lot in Brielle. Only a single shot was fired. It is believed by police that the owner of Sand Bar may in fact be the culprit behind the shooting.
“Police were knocking on doors near the Bay Point Harbor Condominiums in Point Pleasant Borough. Neighbors tell News 12 New Jersey the man police say they were looking for is the owner of the Sand Bar … Police have not yet confirmed who was shot or the identity of the suspect. The victim was taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center with unspecified injuries.” New Jersey 12 reported on the Brielle shooting.
Neither the name of the restaurant owner or the 35-year-old woman who was shot has been revealed yet. Hopefully the gunman — whether it is indeed the owner or not — will be apprehended and brought to justice soon. News of the gun violence comes only days after several were left dead in Chicago shootings over Father's Day weekend.
