The 'Family Guy' creator, 39, has split with his former girlfriend, 'Game of Thrones' star Emilia Clarke, E! News reports.
Clarke, 25, has recently made headlines with her rendition of Holly Golightly in a Broadway adaptation of Truman Capote's "Breakfast at Tiffany's."
In the play, Clarke goes nude for a sultry bathtub scene. Her performance has proven so popular with picture-snapping audience members that the production has threatened to evict any picture takers.

Clarke is best known for her role as blond bombshell Daenerys Targaryen in "Game of Thrones." Filming appointments overseas have put a wedge between her and MacFarlane, the website notes.
"They are no longer dating," a source said. "It was really a location challenge. She has been in Europe shooting 'Game of Thrones' and he is based in California, so it was hard to make it work despite the distance. They have remained friends."
MacFarlane and Clarke were first romantically linked after getting flirty at the HBO Emmy party in September.
Before his stint hosting the Academy Awards, MacFarlane went on record to Entertainment Weekly praising his then girlfriend.
"She is an incredibly kind, supremely talented person, and one of the hardest-working people I have ever met."
