Family feast ... Britney Spears

BRITNEY Spears celebrates a photo-shoot for a fitness magazine – with a bargain bucket of fast food.

The former X Factor judge picked up the fried chicken feast in Thousand Oaks, California, while out and about with new man David Lucado.

But hours earlier, she tweeted about becoming a cover-girl for diet mag Shape.

She wrote: “@Shape_Magazine Thanks for the great photo shoot today! It was fun to get all dolled up for the cover!”

And she posted a snap of her nails being painted – showing the simple ring that replaced the huge diamond she received from former fiance Jason Trawick.

The 31-year-old – mum to Sean Preston, seven, and six-year-old Jayden James – looked happy and relaxed as she popped out for the family sized meal.

She showed off her tanned legs in denim hotpants and a floaty white top.

And with her hair piled on her head, she went make-up free in the Californian sunshine.

Dessert ... Brit hits Starbucks with David

After polishing off the fried foods, and changing into comfy jogging bottoms and T-shirt, the Toxic singer and her new man rounded off the meal with a coffee at Starbucks.

Britney started dating David, who works at a legal firm, earlier this month.

She ended her engagement to former agent Jason in January.

In a statement she said: “Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement.

“I’ll always adore him and we will remain great friends.”
