Miracle boy Ace, one, wakes up from a coma after horror car crash that saw his parent's SUV plunge into a dam and kill two of his siblings
A baby boy who was left fighting for his life after a horror crash that killed his two siblings has woken from a coma. One-year-old Ace was travelling with his parents Dylan Wadley, 23, and fiancee, Mel Martin, 33, to their home in Pratten, Queensland, when their Land Rover crashed through a guardrail on Sunday afternoon. The car, which had their four children inside, went hurtling into Wyaralong Dam near Beaudesert in Queensland's south-east. Ms Martin's 13-year-old son Leo Larsen and four-year-old daughter Mia couldn't be saved, despite Mr Wadley's desperate efforts to rescue the pair trapped in the back seat. Ace was airlifted to Queensland Children's Hospital in a critical condition and his five-week-old sister Hope miraculously escaped without serious injury.
