Bieber pot party Rapper Lil Twist had thrown a pot party at Bieber Home while He's away. Justin Bieber's Calabasas mansion was the backdrop for a rager last week, where the beer was flowing and marijuana smoke was permeating the singer's home ... and the only thing missing was Justin. The bash was thrown by none other than Lil Twist, the dude who was seen smoking it up with Justin earlier this year. Huffington Post reports March 29 that John Charles Upton, Jr. was shot and killed on his property and the Michael Vilkin was arrested in the suspected murderer. Upton was known for bringing awareness to the squalid conditions Romanian children suffered in orphanages back it the 1990s. His work largely contributed to helping bring two dozen children to the United States for medical attention and adoption. He made documentary films on the horrid conditions faced by children in orphanages in Romania. Vilkin claims he shot the filmmaker after he was violently confronted by Upton with a gun over foliage. John Charles Upton Jr., 56, was found dead Thursday on a dirt path in the yard of his Encinitas home. The San Diego County Sheriff's Department said detectives arrested Michael Vilkin, 61, on suspicion of murder. He was being held without bail, pending arraignment Tuesday. Upton, after learning of the plight of Romanian orphans, publicised the brutal conditions and was instrumental in bringing an estimated two dozen orphans to America for medical care and adoption. Vilkin, in an interview conducted in county jail, told KGTV in San Diego he fired gunshots in self-defence after Upton menaced him with a gun during a dispute over foliage.
