Veteran Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand showed he still has plenty of staying power as he wound down after a gruelling season on a pal's stag do.
The 34-year-old, who won his sixth Premier League medal with the club this season, was still going strong at 5am as some of his friends - including former Chelsea midfielder Jody Morris - called time on their festivities.
He tweeted: 'Who's out!! Put people to bed + come out again! @morriskid where r ya??? @boysiewise11 is asking!'

'itinerary =Day 2.morning walk along the beach..wine tasting after lunch..nap..nice meal followed by quiz.
'itinerary Day 3.sight seeing of local monuments and special places..maybe a museum..nap followed by a wild camp fire and sing along.
'itinerary day 4.early aqua fit class in the pool..spot of archery before lunch..nap then 2 beers each before a private karaoke.'
The stars' friend, whose Twitter account is called Boysie Wise, has been building up to the week, recently posting 'Right I need to try n get some sleep!! I got a tough few days ahead of me!!' and 'Pure carbs b4 marbs!! Don't watch this belly!! It's well looked after!!'
