Manchester City are launching a bid to sign Paris St Germain starlets Hervin Ongenda and Kingsley Coman.
As well as overhauling their first team squad this summer, City are taking steps to strengthen the club further down the line.
The club’s academy chief Brian Marwood has been holding talks in Paris and Ongenda, a 17-year-old forward, and midfielder Coman, 16, are understood to be at the top of his list.

Meanwhile, Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Fernandinho has confirmed on Twitter that he wishes to join City while Juventus sporting director Beppe Marotta has confirmed interest in signing Carlos Tevez.
Marotta said: 'Tevez is a player with a big desire to rebuild his career. Nevertheless, he is owned by City and we have made no approach to them.’ Juventus are also keen on Aleksandar Kolarov.
