TMZ reports that the Biebs is making guests at his Calabasas home in Calif. sign an NDA for the goings-on at his household bashes. The gossip site obtained a copy of the liability release and waver that states any invitees who divulge details including the "physical health, or the philosophical, spiritual or other views or characteristics" of Bieber and his guests will get slapped a $5 million lawsuit, which includes tweeting, Instagramming or texting about the event.
The form also warns that there may be activities that include materials that are "potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained."
