They say that two's company and three is a crowd, but clearly Sienna Miller does not agree with that phrase at all.
The British film star was seen walking around New York City with both her fiance Tom Sturridge and her mother Josephine Miller on Monday.
While the typical scenes of a family bonding were not so strange, the fact that the trio were all holding hands was very bizarre indeed.
Sturridge, 27, didn't seem overly excited to be holding hands with his fiancee as she in turn clasped her mother's hand too.
The trio were heading to the West Village for a spot of lunch and seemed inseparable as they trekked through the city.
After a series of recent poor appearances Sienna was back making effort in a cream jumper with grey trousers and leopard skin print shoes.
The Alfie actress mirrored her mother as the two blondes both wore coloured sunglasses as they strode to lunch.
It tells the story of two women who go on the run from their marital problems, supporting each other and belly dancing along the way.
Speaking about the role previously, Sienna said: ‘The story [follows] her and a Muslim woman who also leaves a bad marriage, and they dance their way across America.
She added: ‘It’s a bit like Thelma & Louise.’
Sienna also revealed that she trained for three months for the role and can ‘semi-belly dance now. Just in case everything doesn’t go as planned with this acting thing!’
